Seeking event staff who like to WORK HARD. FEST HARD.
We are currently hiring as-needed event staff (often evenings and weekends) to help us preach the gospel of craft beer to the loyal lovers of Lost Forty. Please read the requirements and complete the form below.
Requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:
You must be 21 or older.
Willingness to work days, evenings and weekends.
Ability to frequently reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
Minimum lift requirement is 50lbs with an ability to move 165lbs.
Ability to work in extreme cold and heat conditions.
Ability to work in a moderate to high noise level.
You will be a great fit for this position:
If you love serving and talking about beer. A passion for the craft beer industry is a must! Strong craft beer knowledge and previous serving experience is a major plus.
If making people smile is your thing. Customer service is our #1 priority. A professional and positive attitude are a must! Experience with face-to-face customer service is a plus.
If you are a quick learner and willing to handle kegs and event setups and breakdowns. Draft system maintenance and troubleshooting required. Event setups require lots hauling - Must be able to lift 50lbs.
If you run a tight ship. Maintaining cleanliness of equipment, supplies, and event materials is required. Must be a self-starter and willing to help where and when needed.
