Host a unique brewhouse bash!

We’re accepting seasonal reservations for the ‘Brewhouse Bash’ event space – a place for unique, behind-the-scenes events inside the brewhouse facility. From happy hours to holiday parties, birthdays, and wedding receptions, we can't wait to treat your guests to a memorable experience and to make your occasion a remarkable, one-of-a-kind event.

  • Reservations are available seven days a week from November - February.

  • The ‘Brewhouse Bash’ event space is inside our brewing facility, offering your guests a unique, behind-the-scenes experience.

    Includes:
    • Bar Height Cocktail Tables (can be set up for a seated or unseated mix and mingle style)
    • Rustic Bar Stools
    • Black Table Linens
    • Buffet-Style Serving Tables for Food Service and presentation (all catering ware, utensils, napkins, cups, dishes, and items to facilitate and beautifully display food are provided)
    • Beverage Serving Station
    • Rustic LED Flame Lanterns for each table
    • Rustic Evergreen Trees and Garland for the Buffet Table
    • Mobile PA Speaker System with microphone available upon request.
    • Ability to play a custom playlist throughout the space.

    • Additional decor may be used or coordinated. All guest-provided decor must be discussed with your event coordinator before the day of the event and is subject to approval.

    • ABSOLUTELY NO glitter, confetti, unweighted balloons, or decor items with an open flame. This is a live manufacturing facility, and those items can compromise our production space. We thank you kindly for your cooperation.

    Please note that brewhouse functions such as canning, brewing, and packaging may happen live!

  • • Occupancy: Minimum of 20 people for reservation | Maximum 50 people *Humans of any age count towards min & max

    • Events must be booked a minimum of 10 business days in advance.

    • All food must be purchased from our catering menu. *Event themed desserts, like specialty cakes, are permissible.

    • Parties may not occupy event space after 9:00 pm Mon - Thurs, and 10:00 pm Fri - Sun. Events Tuesday - Sunday may not start before 6:00 pm.

    • All options below may be changed up until 1 week before the party date.

  • The reservation process begins by emailing our coordinator at reservations@lost40brewing.com. We do not accept verbal reservations over the phone or via social media platforms.

    A $200 deposit is required to book the event space. This deposit must be made before we will hold a date. $150.00 of the deposit fee is refundable and will be applied to your final bill. $50.00 is a non-refundable booking fee.
